I saw a post of someone claiming that if viserys was known as "the peaceful” was thanks to alicent’s political choice (and in general people claim that alicent is a good queen) so, may I ask on the basis of what people claimed that? Because we see alicent talk about politic in four occasion, the first two in the meeting of the great council in episode six where she stand for the opinion sequentially quoted
the Brackens and Blackwoods rivarly where alicent say “this remain a Tully problem”
the stepstones after the triarchy allies with dorne: Alicent claim that daemon left the region undefended, rhaenyra said that the crown should have built fortification and alicent claimed “ we cannot afford it”
So, since it's the aim of the crown to maintain peace (these two houses always find a way to split each other's blood), alicent’s position isn’t the one of a good queen, this problem deserved more attention than to be cleared with “it's not our problem move on”. In the second occasion she said one of her dumbest quotes during this season, since yes, daemon won the war and was crown king but in episode four he gave that crown to viserys to be added at the property of the realm, so its not of his concern and was not his duty to protect them, so for their rebellion the crown is to blame, not daemon who was living his best life in pentos. And also the “we cannot afford it” sound nonsense, the crown cannot afford to build fortification to the stepstone because “we must consider the cost to our subjects” but when it comes to building several statues of the faith, where are the concerns for the people? Because all the money invested to this statues could surely been used for something more important than decorate the red keep (headquarters of the king which belong to house targaryen, which don’t believe in the faith of the seven); for example it could have been used to invest in people's welfare in Flea Bottom.

Here she (and otto but this was under understanding) act in their interest because she would have the support of the velaryon fleet once she will usurp rhaenyra; we must also consider that corlys is not yet dead so what would happen when after he recovered if his appointed successor was supplanted by another not of his choice? This could cause much discontent among the crown and the Velaryons since they publicly ignored his wishes regarding the succession (the last time lord corlys was upset he literally start a war with daemon without the crown’s approval).
The last time we saw alicent talk about politic was where she plan aegon’s usurpation with the green council.
I have expressed my opinion abundantly in this post here but it can be summarized just by saying that the aim of the crown is to maintain peace and safeguard their people, and by starting a war you are doing anything but, since war is costly both in terms of human lives and money. So, if after anything alicent is still consider a good queen, i must assume that these people consider rhaenyra a saint for not starting a war the moment she knew she had been usurped (but only after luke’s death)

oh my god being menace besties with Aerith would be the dream yeah.
I adore Cloud, like, he's one of my favorite characters of all time, but i relate just deeply to him so i cannot see him in a romantic lights, so i don't want him to suffer more, i want him to heal, this is a kindness i extend to him and also reluctantly to myself as well. I want to give him a hug and be nice to him.
Aerith meanwhile is just. so fun and sweet and nice and she inspires me so much i want to enjoy life with her. I want to have fun with her, going on all sort of platonic dates if you will.
I'd also extend the invitation to Tifa, who may be more shy but really would deserve to spend a good time with us. we can be menace. Together.
I would kiss Zack though but that's just a me thing. I don't need to be in rivarly with him for this though, hasn't this man got enough.
And i would also kiss Jessie but that's a whole other thing. And also a menace girl to be around.

I think the tl;dr of this is that the Marauders weren't really rebels and while they were, technically, rule-breakers, we don't see much evidence of consequences for them.
Let's take the definition of a rebel from Webster's Dictionary is:
1: opposing or taking arms against a government or ruler 2: DISOBEDIENT, REBELLIOUS
There isn't really evidence in canon that the Marauders broke rules with any purpose other than entertaining themselves. Their rebellion was transgressive but without purpose. They weren't doing it for political reasons or to make any kind of point. The textual evidence we do have of their motivations are:
bullying Snape out of boredom/because "he exists"
hexing people who annoy them
having "adventures" running around the school grounds and Hogsmeade with a werewolf for personal entertainment
As to their punishments, there's no indication that they were punished for the werewolf prank (where Sirius tried to kill/maim/turn Snape by using his supposed best friend to attack him without consent). No punishment is ever implied or said to have been doled out. Sirius only refers to it in the context of asserting that Snape deserved it more than a decade later, and doesn't say anything about having been punished. In fact, the only repercussions we know about that incident is that Snape was bound to silence by Dumbledore. (I haven't read the books for a while but if anyone has a better citation re: a clear statement of lack of punishment, please drop it in the notes or a reblog!)
The Marauders also don't seem to have been punished in any way for bullying Snape publicly and egregiously. (And yes, it was sexual assault as well as bullying, but if we're going by UK laws in the 1970s, pantsing didn't count as sexual assault yet and I think it's important to contextualize events within their own time periods even if they're fictional.) When Harry asks Lupin and Sirius about it, they make excuses and Lupin tries to argue that Snape and James hated each other and make it sound like a rivarly instead of 4-on-1 bullying. Again, at no point do either of these surviving Marauders say anything about having been punished. Sirius says, "I'm not proud of it" but he doesn't say anything along the lines of, "we had a week's detention for that, you know." No punishment or consequence of any kind is even mentioned. In fact, Sirius, who says isn't proud of his actions, does so when he's serving in the Order with Snape, who he recently ostracized and referred to by the same nickname he had bullied him with at school.
We do know, however, that the Marauders served detention often, because when Harry has to serve detention with Snape night after night for having used Sectumsempra on Malfoy, his punishment is to rewrite old cards, many of which refer to his dad and/or his friends and the rule-breaking they served detention for. Rule-breaking isn't the same as rebellion, though, and the glimpses we get of these cards show that the Marauders were punished for things like hexing people in the halls (I think one was for making someone's head swell up). This correlates with Lily's accusation to James in SWM about him hexing people just for annoying him and just because he can. Again, it's interesting that given all these detentions the Marauders were given, we're told of no punishments for the werewolf prank and for bullying Snape openly in front of a crowd of onlookers.
What's also interesting is that despite all these detentions, there weren't any further, more serious steps taken to discipline them. Comparisons get made to the Weasley twins, but their rule-breaking tended to be focused on achieving goals, not on harming other students. The Marauders, however, seemed to be a threat to the well-being of the students around them, but at no point is it indicated that their myriad of detentions was ever escalated to more severe punishments, because they were clearly ineffective at curbing their behavior. This is especially interesting when you consider that if, presumably, they had been breaking rules and getting detentions for a few years by the time the werewolf prank happened (and we can assume so, as it's unlikely that they developed behavioral problems as a group overnight), that would have been a marker of escalating problematic behavior and yet there seemed to have been no consequence. Isn't Sirius the kind of character who would boast about his egregious rule-breaking that cost him a great punishment? And yet he doesn't.
James and Sirius are privileged boys from wealthy pure-blood families. Lupin and Pettigrew are protected in their shadow, whatever their own lineage (we know little about Pettigrew except that he's cowardly and ingratiates himself with stronger people, and as for Lupin, his status is compromised by being a werewolf so he's at a disadvantage). What James' and Sirius' status gives them is the ability to break rules with impunity. The parallel I would draw to a real-world example is the way punitive laws are often a serious blow to low-income transgressors and essentially a fee to pay for wealthy ones. A no-parking zone for someone who can afford to pay the fine is just an expensive parking spot, etc.
James and Sirius aren't rebellious, because they are not only part of the system that holds power in their society, but also because they don't experience the consequences rebels do. They're given a free pass again and again, until their own hubris kills one of them and lands the other in Azkaban for a decade. Their rule-breaking at school is risk-free because to them, detention is an annoyance and no matter how terrible their behavior, they expect to have the same opportunities after they finish school whether or not they have a clean disciplinary record.
I would like to submit two ideas because I think I'm poking something but not going in fully, so I would very much like your opinions and additions about it (of course, as long as they remain in good faith *side eyes possible antis viewing my post*).
Marauders and surface-level rebellion
I've finally put to words something that really bothered me with the Marauders, though I don't know the name for it.
It started when I read a reblog that said:

This is something dear privileged white woman Rowling didn't realize/understand well, since she held a high socioeconomical status even during her """poverty""" stage. It's known that, despite seeming to be defending ideas of fighting against fascism and "pureblood" supremacy in favor of acceptance of the other, her books reek of colonialism/imperalism. The story of the Marauders, a gang of privileged boys like her, is an in-world replica of that problem where Rowling betrays yet again her actual mindset.
The Marauders adopt the "bad boys who break rules" to get style, while completely losing/staining the moral sense in it.
Let's take piracy.
Some people pirate stuff because they consider that the stuff they'd like to get comes from unethical companies that abuse their employees or use modern slavery, or people who spread harm against certain minorities (like Rowling against trans people and thus the LGBT+ community), so while they may want to access the content, they don't want to give them money and might even encourage pirating their stuff to make them lose money.
Some pirate stuff because otherwise it's lost due to unfortunate "terms of use" -- see video games companies like Ubisoft (deletes gaming account after a while), Nintendo (does not bring back old games), etc.
Others pirate stuff because they just don't have the money but they still want to try the stuff that might make them happy and forget that they're poor -- reasoning that the company isn't losing any money anyway, or not much, since they wouldn't have been able to pay for it in any case.
Others pirate stuff because they consider the price ridiculously high or they consider it shouldn't be something to pay for at all. (Like education stuff -- isn't education supposed to be free for all, so that it can actually uphold everyone's fundamental and unconditional ( = not conditioned by wealth...) right to have an education? Oh and before anyone asks: I've DEFINITELY bought the ~15 expensive books that's roughly worth 500€ in total and that my uni asked I buy to study and get my degree...)
Rowling's Marauders is a group that would pirate stuff just because they'd think it would give them an edge, because they'd think it would make them cool to be seen as "talented" hackers who "defy" companies. Companies... that their own friends and families would own, and as such, would find that kind of behavior funny and entertaining (while they would trash other people around for considering it).
Another example. In society, in history, it's been proven time and again that breaking rules -- going against the law -- is an eventuality that's important for everyone to consider, if they want to defend their rights. Anti-racism, feminism, LGBT Pride, etc, advanced because people broke rules. In USA states where abortion is currently being banned, women and minors (+ their close ones) must now consider breaking the rules to get an abortion. (Privileged people don't give a fuck about those people, and if they suddenly decide that (moral) rules don't apply to them and they will get an abortion, they will just take a plane ticket to a country where abortion is legal, fiddling with legal stuff if necessary thanks to the lawyers their fortunes can afford and the lobbies that they're instituting.)
Revolutions happened because people broke rules too. I particularly like the 1793 Constitution in France Because it asserts that the people have the right to break rules and riot if the power in place threatens their fundamental rights:
Article 35. - Quand le gouvernement viole les droits du peuple, l'insurrection est, pour le peuple et pour chaque portion du peuple, le plus sacré des droits et le plus indispensable des devoirs. Article 35. - When the government violates the people's rights, insurrection is, for the people and for each portion of the people, the most sacred of rights and the most essential of duties.
(Of course the power in place would state and enforce and make use of propaganda to say that it's completely illegal and illegetimate and that those who riot for legitimate rights are terrorists!)
Breaking rules is at the core of anti-fascism, anti-dictatorship, anti-totalitarianism. Breaking rules is essential when those rules are abusive. Too often, those who put those rules in place really are only setting their rules of the game to establish their power over the others. Or as the reblog says: "laws are just structured threats made by the ruling socioeconomic class".
Rowling's Marauders break rules because they are the socioeconomical class in power. As such, no one can do anything about it, no one will really tell them down for it. They get excused and justified and romanticized by their peers, just like billionaires & politicians are excused by their peers and notably mainstream media (which is owned... by other billionaires). They break rules -- not because they think it's necessary and the morally right thing to do despite the dangers it puts them in -- but because it makes them feel powerful, important, invincible, which for them is very fun. As Snape says: James and his cronies broke rules because they thought themselves above them:
“Your father didn’t set much store by rules either,” Snape went on, pressing his advantage, his thin face full of malice. “Rules were for lesser mortals, not Quidditch Cup-winners. [...]”
They break rules because they're allowed to.
Which is why, in reality, the Marauders aren't really breaking rules or defying anything or opposing an actual big threat. They're a bunch of jocks who are having fun in the playground that's been attributed to them thanks to their status and family heritage (others wouldn't get the same indulgence because they don't get that privilege).
They break rules because they want to look cool, to be the "bad boys". The message has been compleyely botched. Especially with Lily actually finding this hot.
Because Rowling finds this hot:
[...] I shook hands with a woman who leaned forward and whispered conspiratorially, 'Sirius Black is sexy, right?' And yes, of course she was right, as the Immeritus club know. The best-looking, most rebellious, most dangerous of the four marauders... and to answer one burning question on the discussion boards, his eyes are grey.
(Anyone has an eyes washing station?)
Another quote:
"Sirius was too busy being a big rebel to get married."
(Nevermind the eyes washing, anyone's got some bleach instead?)
Stanning James Potter for being the leader of a gang that prides itself on breaking rules and always getting away with it -- it feels like stanning Elon Musk for being "innovative" and "a daring entrepreneur" despite being a manchild who exploits workers and modern-world slavery to play with his billions while always getting away with it.
They're not being "rebels" -- they're being bullies and flexing the fact they can get away with it thanks to abundance of privilege. Those are the tastes of a posh British white woman. She wanted the facade -- not the substance (that is, if she ever understood it).
You might say that they did oppose a big threat, the Death Eaters, but again, it's botched because:
they target a lonely, unpopular boy who's best friends with a Muggleborn Gryffindor, rather than baby Death Eaters like Mulciber, Lucius, Rosier, Avery, Regulus, etc.
The leader sexually harasses the Muggleborn Gryffindor because he's sexually jealous of the unpopular boy who dared not take the insult about his chosen House and shut up. Lily is treated as an object, they don't listen to her, and they barely speak about her later. (Lots to say to show that, which I won't do here because this is not the main subject.)
When the Marauders do join the Order, they do it... because they primarily want to adopt a rock-n-roll style and play the "bad boys" again. Or at least that's the message that's given to the reader:
They seemed to be in their late teens. The one who had been driving had long black hair; his insolent good looks reminded Fisher unpleasantly of his daughter's guitar-playing, layabout boyfriend. The second boy also had black hair, though his was short and stuck up in all directions; he wore glasses and a broad grin. Both were dressed in T-shirts emblazoned with a large golden bird; the emblem, no doubt, of some deafening, tuneless rock band.
(God, the Prequel is so cringy.)
They don't choose Dumbledore as the Secret Keeper, they don't tell him they changed to Pettigrew -- even though he literally was their war leader -- James uses the Cape to fuck around even though he was supposed to be hiding with Lily and then Harry (until Dumbledore takes the Cape from him)... and eventually, their group exploded, with James killed off, Sirius thrown to Azkaban, Peter (the traitor) hiding as a rat and Lupin going off to find jobs to survive.
Why did that happen? Because they thought of playing their part in the Order like going on a teenage adventure rather than engaging in a resistance organization. It was, first and foremost, about playing "the bad boys" and having fun.
(Harry half-inherits this. While he doesn't break rules just to look cool, and actually has several moments where he does break rules because it's the right thing to do -- like under Umbridge or, of course, when Voldemort takes power -- he does often get pampered when he breaks them in his earlier years. By Dumbledore, but also McGonagall, however much Rowling tries to sell her as a "strict but fair" teacher. Or by Slughorn, now that I think about it. That's something that enraged Snape, as it brought up memories of Harry's father -- Snape's own bully -- getting the same treatment.)
It's not a coincidence that Rowling not only failed to properly convey through the Marauders the true value of breaking rules, but also lusted over them for adopting that "bad boys" trope. It speaks to her own privilege -- she who never had to put herself in danger and go against the law in a risky attempt to protect herself or other less privileged people.
(Here's a useful read to expand on those worldbuilding issues.)
2. Dark Magic, obscurantism and conservatism
For context: Opinion: The Dark Magic/Light Magic Dichotomy is Nonsense (by pet_genius).
The idea of "Dark Magic" as something that's repeatedly told to be "evil" magic and where you cross the line of the forbidden, while hardly putting in question that notion that was (for some reason) enforced by wizard society, is another blatant example of Rowling betraying her mindset of privileged British white woman.
Rowling couldn't put herself in the minds of a society of "outcasts (witches & wizards) deeply enough to consider they would not see any magic as "Dark" at all (being a ""Muggle"" concept), or that Dark magic is only magic that requires something unvaluable to be traded off -- like one's soul or health or life or sanity. Instead, she has Dark Magic defined as "evil" magic, even though her own books show that you can do evil stuff with normal magic, and that you can do morally good stuff with Dark magic. This thing happened because Rowling could not think past her own little world and instead she poured a conservatist mentality (+ typical "Muggle", anti-witch prejudice) into the HP (wizard society) worldbuilding without considering that there could, in fact, be fundamental differences between the two worlds that include thinking of magic differently. (This has a lot to do with Rowling's wizard world being a pro-imperalism fest.)
"Dark Magic" feels like a lazy, badly-executed plot device to tell the reader who's a good guy and who is not. Because of course, that's how things work in real-life, huh… (Did she ever hear of "don't tell, show"?) It's used as an excuse to define who's evil (teen Severus) or not (James), who's worthy or not -- not how their magic was used. Which is a BIG problem:
“I’m just trying to show you they’re not as wonderful as everyone seems to think they are.” The intensity of his gaze made her blush. “They don’t use Dark Magic, though.” / ��Scourgify!” Pink soap bubbles streamed from Snape’s mouth at once; the froth was covering his lips, making him gag, choking him —
Even worse, Rowling doesn't follow her own in-world moral framework. Dark magic is acceptable for some people (Rowling's partial self-inserts: Dumbledore, Harry, Hermione to Marietta...) but not for those that Rowling hates (Snape, who ironically represents the closest thing to rebelling by unapologetically obsessing over the Dark Arts). Again, this is at best unadressed in-world hypocrisy, at worst an expression of in-world and out-universe privilege (I get to do this and stay a good guy, but you don't).
There could have easily been rightful criticism of whatever could be defined as "Dark Magic". What if Dark magic was just something defined as "Dark" usually because the power in place doesn't want the people to touch it? Is abortion or contraception or a sex-altering or a goverment-threatening spell, Dark Magic? Is foreign or ethnicity-specific or female-centered or queer-centered magic, "Dark"? How about showing why (Muggle-raised but also neurodivergent) Severus thought Dark magic was so great, showing his point of view, while also establishing where the true limits are? If Lily can't be the one who sees past the "fear-mongering anti-intellectualism/propaganda", how about Harry being the one who does, thanks to him relating to Snape on a personal level? How about making Hermione go from someone who condems Dark Magic, to someone who entirely changes her point of view and understands that this is all bullshit -- effectively showing the dangers of only following what the books say, without putting them into question or thinking by yourself? How about a nuanced view of Dark magic as something that requires a significant sacrifice, which is conceivable for something they see as equally or even more important [Lily's life for Harry; Snape's soul integrity for Dumbledore]? How about making the Death Eaters, people who deviate that legitimate interest, rather than just evil guys who thrive in Dark magic for its supposed added evilness? How about showing that Dark magic was just a notion invented by Muggles to throw "witches" (real or not) to the burning stakes -- later taken by the witches and wizards in power to define, in the magical community, what was okay or definitely forbidden because it's the trademark of those who represent a threat to the magical community (understand: people who riot or strike or protest against the ruling socioeconomical class' politics)?
But there was none of that.
"Dark" magic in HP merely seems to be a weird concept that at best accidentally takes the form of an in-world obscurantism, at worst is just the trademark of someone who cannot imagine a "hunted, ostracized" community with a different culture and mindset than her own. Aggravating is the fact that she used "Dark magic" as a plot device to magically cast some people as good and others as never bad – again, probably reflecting her own questionable mentality.
The fact Rowlnig invented the notion of Dark Magic and had her world consider it seriously as an evil thing instead of being open-minded seems to be less telling of her wishes to show a wizard society that can be as prejudiced as the muggle one, and more of her own bizarre world where you must be evil if you are knowledgeable in or interested in certain "taboo" things (RIP neurodivergents).
Rowling glorifies the Trio and the Marauders for breaking rules. Yet when it comes to actually breaking expectations and norms, notably in the wizarding society -- like the use of another magical species as slaves, or the blatant anti-Muggle prejudice held by everyone including "good guys" (or anti-centaur while we're at it), or stupid anti-knowledge prejudice like "Dark magic is evil" -- there is none of that. At best, it's surface-level opposition that comes out as white savior syndrome. At worst, the protagonists make it their noble code to enforce those norms, and "sinful" characters (Snape, for one) are punished for not conforming. Too often, those sinful characters are punished by the "good guys" with the very thing that they apparently oppose so fervently.
Without ever adressing the fact that those characters were ("morally") allowed to do that because it was just, in the end, a matter of who gets the privilege to do that, and who does not.

N/A: Something to do here. Lance will attack Genosha, Magneto still has no powers and Magda and Logan aren´t sure about what to do now.

Magneto is a charismatic leader and, of course, a scary one. If his silver tongue is not enough a good reminder from the master of magnetism is enough.
Lance was a man born to fight and find in Magneto a mentor, a leader and rival as Magneto has as much compassion to a pawn as a farm has with a cattle.
Erik Leshner made promises that in the end he couldn´t or didn´t want to fulfil and Lance learns how to hold grudges with the best.
"So, you´re Avalanche?" a blue fuzzy man asked looking him up and down not being impressed and Lance can share this sentiment with the new mercenary, Nightcrawler, "yes, I´m...and you are?"
Nightcrawler looks extremely bored as he replies. "yes, we´ll work together now, oh jolly me"
Lance crosses his arms angrily. "Yes, luck me, stuck here with a manslut," he said as one of the few female members of his group refuse the job because of Nightcrawler and Lance had to fill the gap.
But, the mission has one good point as Lance knows how strong a necromancer can be...and next time he´ll ask another necromancer...maybe that Lady Necromancer she´s cute.

Logan Howlett wasn´t a guest Genosha´s royal deal frankly in the past. Now, Logan is invited by Queen Madga and no one knows how to deal with such situation. In fact, the resurrection of Queen Madga is not being taken so lightly as many allies of Genosha and even the enemies want an answer.
"The Lady Necromancer brought me back, Kitty Pryde did a job from my husband" Magda explained and it was enough to make gossip ceased, at least, in front of her.
Wanda, Pietro and Jimmy sit on the royal table in different spaces as only Lorna is closed to them and Jimmy is alone and uncomfortable.
Logan is close to Magda and is not sure he should be here. The silence is heavy and only is broken as a maid, speaking only to princess Lorna(out of fear as the rest are gazing upon each so intensely) how Magneto is alright in his cellar.
Magda gulps loudly as Wanda, Pietro and Jimmy are no longer children and don´t need a mother, not one who make such bad choices. "My children, can we be a family?"
Wanda and Pietro look at Logan for a moment. It was a flattering look. "Do Logan wants to our father?  You´re our mother" his eyes travel to Jimmy for a moment "but, at the moment you´re just a stranger to us"
Madga takes a deep breath. Her eyes glittering as no words aren´t need. She´s her mother and a stranger at the same time and is clear that her children raise themselves.
Logan is not comfortable.

Talia is on Charlie´s lab, for lack of a better word, as many magical animals and regular animals as the druid is fixing a rabbit who is cover in dark magic, the blue woman crack a joke on Watership down and Charlie can only reply sagely "Talia, rabbits can terrify animals"
The druid takes the dark curse and a black smoke easily and purifying with ancient words as the black smoke lost the hue and the rabbit is lifting his head in relief.
"Ok, little one, you´re save" Charlie put the rabbit with his family. "Nasty curse that affects everything even the animals and plants" Charlie complains as his last job for this week was to lift a curse. His mother´s students were with him to learn how to lift curses as Kitty was out to do something. (Jia and Magik were good helpers)
"Now, tell me, how are things in your home?" Charlie asked and Talia didn´t try to lie. "Well, granny does not love grandpa at all and the mood is tense as I think granny loves Logan" her tone is crestfallen "I don´t want to go home so quickly"
"Then help me here with the bunnies, and carefully, they are terrifying creatures" Charlies speaks in a good mood and make Talia crack a smile. "Only you to think cute rabbits are scary"

Lance is with his army as they are within the borders of Genosha with a smile, a sinister one, as Tabbitha Smith cut the throat of the last patrol of Genosha.
"Lance?  And the royals?" Tabbitha asked exploding the last part of the patrol building.
"Too busy on their internal affairs to notice, now, let´s march and see show Magneto what he taught us" Lance speaks with confidence and the army marches with their leader.

a modernlock au scene keeps playing in my head over and over again and i feel like i'm about to explode if i don't write it down:
basically, instead of adapting the final problem in a modern setting, the final confrontation between holmes and moriarty is in a hospital. moriarty has a terminal illness and is in his last weeks of life, so he called his nemesis to have a final talk. holmes attends, prepared for the worse (watson is probably outside with his gun if anything goes out of hand). when he enters the room, moriarty warmly signs for him to approach him and sit down. holmes does, still unsure of what this is all about.
holmes asks what he is doing there and moriarty says that he's dying. he then says that he planned on killing him but that wouldn't do much, because his criminal empire wouldn't last long after his own death. he says moran will probably be the one leading but that he is not as strategic as him. holmes knows this isn't exactly a confession meant to be taken to the police and asks what he wants from him and moriarty simply tells him "stay away from sebastian, or my men will go after the doctor". so this was all this was about: a dying wish to his nemesis. he doesn't say anything of arresting the other members of his league, just to stay away from his closest man. and holmes agrees.
holmes leaves. moriarty dies a short while later. most of his men get arrested or flee. sebastian moran tries to find a different career and is never caught.
also bonus points if holmes is watching the news and moriarty's death gets mentioned and he is saddened about the fact and yet doesn't know why. watson trying to comfort him would also be nice. then fade to black, end of episode.

Out of all the Autumn Troupe events, I think that Fallen Blood is my favorite (with Fire Up, Manto Fist! as my second). I love how the writers approached Juza and his much needed breakthrough.
From here on, I'll rant a little more about the event because I have a few thoughts about it. It doesn't matter if you read my rant or not, just know that Fallen Blood is a great event and I can't wait until it comes to en. Thanks for the opportunity to rant about this and the reminder that I should read Fallen Blood again :D
Spoilers ahead, obviously.
The writers really did with this event what I didn't think they would: they showed how Juza sees himself as an actor and how his view of himself changed. It's very well known how Juza has self esteem issues, it's basically the main reason he started pursuing acting. This is why I am both surprised and happy that they didn't try to "fix" his self esteem and they pretty much showed us the metaphorical first step instead.
I've seen this kind of plot before. Character with low self esteem is told that they are good, they are special, they have no reason to hate themselves, but most of the times it feels forced. In a "you have no reason to hate yourself so just stop doing it already" way. On top of that, the character's self esteem gets fixed for an episode or two and it gets back to normal. And it's hard to see that plot shoved down your throat when you have self esteem issues yourself.
But did this same plot happen during the event?
Did the Autumn Troupe compliment Juza? Yes. But they also genuinely critiqued him. (Just look at Banri's video, that bastard always has sth to complain about when it comes to Juza, he really lives in Banri's head rent-free sometimes.) With the help of those videos, the message of the Autumn Troupe members came across loud and clear: although Juza still has a lot to improve on, he has his passion that makes him stand out and feel the life of his characters. Instead of looking for something he can't achieve, he should stop underestimating what he has and use what he has to grow. They allowed him to see how they perceive him from the outside, they gave him a perspective he didn't have before.
And I'm not even going to start on Makino. He had the role of starting the conversation. He made Juza question himself, which started it all.
Would this character breakthrough have happened if Juza was given a classic good hero role? Definitely not. It would've done nothing but keep Juza in the same spot, and manybe also deepen his self hatred. As tough as he seems to be, Juza is easy to influence by his environment. I genuinely believe that, if Juza was given that role, it wouldn't have had a good impact on Juza's self-esteem.
Like I said before, Blood was the role he needed, even tho he isn't the role he deserves. Yet. Juza still needs to embrace himself more genuinely and understand himself as an actor more. Of course, he also needs to improve his acting skills.
And the development we got from it all is a great first step in Juza's journey of accepting himself. Like Juza himself said:
"Back then, I hated myself. I loathed myself, even. But now—. Because I began acting—because of the words Director and my teammates gave me—I can accept myself a little more than I used to."

Also, the parallels between Juza and Banri??? Banri wanting to be able to connect with his roles more while Juza wants to be more calculated on stage??? How their mutual respect and acknowledgement keep making them move forward regardless of their rivarly??? Phenomenal. Spectacular. Absolutely amazing.
Another interesting thing about this event is how Omi didn't stand out as a co-lead during the event the same way we were used to from other events. Instead of having Omi straight out tell Juza the answers to his questions, the writers made him take a step back and make sure to get the materials needed for Juza to find the answer himself.
The idea with the films was great, too. I mean, I doubt Sakyo would've told Juza all he said in the video if they were face to face; Banri didn't even say what he could've said even if Juza wasn't in front of him. In avery ironic way, they used an indirect approach to tell their opinions in a very straightforward, direct way. It's both funny and a display of how the Autumn Troupe functions.
Lastly, I want to add how famtastic it was that Kumon basically did the same thing Juza did for him during act 2. He basically helped Tsuzuru write the script that fit Juza the most at that moment. Kumon and Tsuzuru are the 2 people who gave Juza the best role for him.
I can understand why people's initial reaction to the story might be "Give Juza the role he deserves!!!!!! You did him dirty!!!!!!!!". But what we want isn't always what we need, you know?
In conclusion... I like this event a lot, I relate to Juza here in the sense that understanding where you need to start in order to improve is hard but the payoff can be quite rewarding if you put in the effort. Juza is so good you guys, I just- love this game a lot-

i feel like people r giving the new Cruella movie a hard time, expecting it to fit into the original movies plot line and etc
whether it’s intended to or not is a whole nother thing, but i don’t feel like it is, taking the movie Malifcient into account and how it doesn’t fit into the original source material either.
for starters cruella never wants to skin and kill dalmations bc they killed her mom
there’s 3 dalmations, they kill her mom bc they’re guard dogs and they’re ordered to by the main villain the baroness,
later on in the movie when cruella and the baroness are facing off, cruella steals these dalmations as they’ve swallowed a necklace that belonged to her mother, which the baroness has stolen when she killed cruellas mom
so she’s waiting for them to poop it out! as the fashion rivarly continues and cruella delves deeper into this cruel narcissistic personality she has (which isn’t shown as a good thing btw, it actively pushes those around her away and they voice their displeasure with it, her arc is overcoming these narcissistic tendencies) she makes jokes about how they’d make a good coat, and then states that they were jokes, we do get the feeling that we’re not sure if she’s joking but she never states that “oh, i want to skin these dogs bc they killed my mother!”
her motivation for making the dogs into coats if anything would be to get back at the baroness, who owns the dogs,
instead she makes a coat with the design of the dalmations fur, and the public and the press question if she actually killed them but the audience know she hasn’t as they’re shown alive.
Throughout the movie the baroness is presented as narcissistic, and this comes to its climax when she attempts to murder cruella in a fire in her own apartment. her motivations here are that she’s finally figured out who cruella is, as she’s been upstaging her with fashion stunts for the duration of the movie. Cruella is saved by the butler(?) of the baroness, and it’s revealed that the baroness is cruellas birth mom, who was so narcissistic that she didn’t want a kid, and ordered the butler to get rid of the child (kill her), the butler instead gave cruella to a maid who we know as cruellas mom who was killed by dalmations
and thats why this movie alongside other factors i haven’t talked about, deserves a bit of slack
it’s about cruella overcoming her narcissistic tendencies, breaking the cycle from her birth mother and trying to be a better person
overall it was a fun movie, the soundtrack was great, they had found family dynamics and just this intense fashion rivarly with incredible looks and stunts
This version of cruella is meant to be separate from the original cruella, they can’t exist in the same timeline and that’s okay! This movie was never about this old born rich lady who wants to make a coat out of puppies
it was about this girl in poverty fighting back against the fashion movement where the head designer takes the credit for the work of her employees, it’s about breaking the rules of fashion in the 70s and choosing to be a better person than your parents were

My big conclusion post of my rewatch of season 3
I have previously described this season as a big fanfiction, and also the "love" season. I was completely right about the love thing - this season IS just 80 episodes of lovers quarrel. Is it like a fanfiction? Yeah, in some regards, but maybe not as much as I originally thought.
I sincerely hope Ludmila seeks therapy. Poor girl.
Parents like Priscila exists in real life and it's a bit interesting to see how she acts all nice and sweet and in a second switches to her real personality. It's also interesting to see how different people react to her. Ludmila, who grew up with her, has a hard time telling anyone something is wrong and gets quiet and does what her mother ones to not get in trouble. Violetta, who grew up with adults around her that treated her with love and care, immediately feels off when Priscila shows her true sides. She doesn't fall for her tricks. I also like that we don't know what happened to Priscila, all we know is that she is getting help.
I have said it before and I will say it again: EVERYONE LOST A BRAINCELL THIS SEASON EXCEPT JADE, WHO GAINED ONE
I really can't understand why Diecesca is the ultimate OTP, i'm sorry. Are they cute? Yes! But OTP worthy? No... I think my problem is that Francesca felt really bad at times for being a relationship with him. After their first kiss, she immediately said it felt wrong. She never wanted hide their love, she wanted to tell Violetta as soon as possible, because she hates lying. Diego told her time after time again that, no, they can't tell, and then sometimes he acted like it was her who didn't want to tell when it was he who had told her not to tell- this is confusing rdfhdxrju
Also Diego was like "we can break up if you don't want to lie" fdzhjk what
Also after their secret was out, they barely had any scenes except like. Casually hanging out.
ALSO I actually felt bad for Francesca, she so BADLY wanted to tell and SOMEONE always interrupted her
It's OOC for Violetta to dress up to spy on Leon - she would not do that. Spy on him? Yes. Create a secret identity? No. BUT I like the concept of her dressing up, Roxy is so different from her. It would have been much more fun if she and Fran just created secret identities for another reason - maybe they don't want to be themselves for once or smth and just... dress up. AND THEN THIS HAPPENS
DID FRANCESCA EVER FIND THE DIARY VILU GAVE HER THIS IS IMPORTANT I HAVE TO KNOW
Gery didn't start out annoying at first - she was kind of the whiny younger sister of Lara or smth. She was fine. And then she HAD to fuck shit up and be a bitch
Since Federico still lives in Vilu's house (even though he's not always home), I have liked the idea of him, Violetta and Ludmila just being chaotic siblings (because I, tbh, don't really ship Fedemila and there's a reason for that, that I will list further down. However, just like Fede and Vilu are a sibling duo, and Vilu and Ludmi also are a sibling duo, I kind of see how Fede and Ludmi also act like siblings)
There was a lot of... sexual undertones sometimes. It could be because i'm older and have a much more dirty mind than I did before, but also... Germ��n was afraid of Leon and Violetta being alone together in her room, Priscila straight up accused Angie of sleeping with Germán because she saw her in a morning gown, Diego was "so in love" with Francesca that it scared him, Olga tried to get Ramallo all season... hm
The songs are bops, but they are always bops
I lacked a lot of friendship moments, especially between Franletta >:c Season 2 made me ship them and then they give me very little content in season 3
They only had... 1 sleepover this season excuse the sleepover eps are the best ones
Diego and Leon had the most heated rivarly in season 2 and then they ?? barely interacted??? this season?? DION RIVARLY >> DION FRIENDSHIP
This was, as I said, the season of love, and yet my favorite love story was between Naty, Camila and Ludmila and it wasn't even "canon".
Naty legit tried to kiss Ludmila in a scene and Camila canonly wanted to practise kissing with her-
They were in Barcelona on 3 different occassions in under 20 episodes hrxfxjdk
Priscila is homophobic and I don't think I need to give y'all context
Ok but I honestly think Ludmila is a closeted lesbian and a big reason why she hasn't come to terms with it is because of her mother. This is likely also why Priscila dislikes Naty - because Naty is in some ways more "open" with who she is
Pablo and Angie should have been endgame and I feel like they just added Brenda so Pablo wouldn't be alone
The amount of evidence of Naty being gay I have after rewatching... I HAVE to make a video. I have to. It's coming, you'll see.
I can't get over how Leon just... knows Austin from Austin and Ally? He just appeared in his garage?? nedrmgsjkkewdhsue
Germán is a GOOD DAD. I got emotional every time he interacted with Ludmila
Also when Ludmila went inside Violetta's room and asked if she could sleep there ;v; THIS IS THE FAMILY SHE DESERVES
Priscila legit tried to kill several people I-
I... don't get emotional over the last episode. Last ep of season 1, when Violetta was gonna move away and said goodbye to her friends and family and then got to come back and Germán got to see her on stage? Emotional. Season 2, where everyone is having writer's block and Violetta is on the edge of literally being depressed and then her dad plays the piano on stage? Emotional. Season 3, where everyone is happy and get together again and they have a wedding and there are only good vibes all around? Cute. It's cute.
Now, I don't dislike season 3. On the contrary! I love it! It's just that... I like the previous seasons more. Especially season 2, the vibes in that season is so amazing.
I should've done a liveblog on my rewatch of s1 and s2 before hskdjdedhu maybe i'll do that one day, i'm sure I will rewatch them again in a near future.
Before you ask, I WILL NOT LIVEBLOG ON THE MOVIE. THE MOVIE IS A WATTPAD FANFICTION. The only things I like is the visuals and the soundtrack, and the fact that Leonetta probably had offscreen sex on the beach while waiting for rescue.
Anyway you know my post about how I would rewrite Violetta? Kinda want to do that now... though, I would change some things, like making Naty a lesbian and so on.

See what I did there?
I just watched the thing and now I gotta have some words.
Like, first of all, season 1 traumatized me. I legit finished it at night and went to bed just thinking of how awful the world is and just hating everyone.
And how could I not? But I hated one the most.
Joe Goldberg is one crazy fucker. Penn is an amazing bae always, but Joe is a crazy stalker who needs to be stopped. I don’t care about his childhood trauma, I just care about Beck. Beck was imperfect, SURE, we all are, hello! But nothing will ever justify what was done to her. Ever. The fact that she was not what Joe wanted her to be... like, I can’t even count all the ways in which I can explain why that train of thought is fucking awful and invalid.
Paco, for example, is a little someone Joe could control. Sure, Paco needed help and was lovely, but his interactions with Joe did not make Joe a better person. It was Joe feeding his brain with, “I’m good” thoughts. All clearly ridiculous thoughts for him to have, seeing as he was “doing good” for his own benefit to try to forget the murderer part.
Karen is another good being, I was just so fucking glad she got away before it was too late. Dr. Nicky... Oh, Stamos, I will never like you because ER but he was actually great in this role and was hella fucked in the end.
And then came season 2... And Los Angeles made, in retrospect, New York feel all the more like a character from season 1 because its absence was felt as everything changed so much with LA: not just the cinematography but the pace and just all the many new faces.
Oh, Love, what to say about you? After two minutes of Victoria’s BUILD interview, I decided that she must be protected at all cost. Love, though? Love is not to be protected. I mean, Victoria is super cute and she has a bright smile and you fall for her because you see her like Joe does: behind the money and privilege, she’s broken and carrying a terrible family. Of course then you find out that she let Forty think he had killed his abuser when she’d done it, and then, when you think she might have killed Candace thinking her to be the “crazy ex” trying to set Joe up, THEN, you see Love not caring about what Joe is confessing and it’s all a big mindfuck. Yet, it makes complete sense. Love was presented to us in a way that made her the perfect match for Joe, but the definition of that is different for us, the audience, and Joe. It was awesome TV, gotta say, and a repeat of Joe and Beck in that the idealization of women in Joe’s mind never ends well.
I loved Delilah. LOVED HER. And Love killed her. I was so furious, like I knew Delilah wasn’t gonna make it, cause OG Will had already somehow managed to (for now, at least). And then I sorta knew it hadn’t been Joe, but I just couldn’t figure out who the fuck had done it, like, Love killed Delilah, HOW DARE SHE? Leave Ellie all alone, after all the cooking and shit? And then Love’s pregnant? LIKE, WHAT? And Joe’s actually scared of her, as if he were an innocent bunny? And then goes on to stalk the neighbor? What a sicko!
You know the only time I ever felt iffy about Love was when I thought that they were gonna have her and Forty enact a Cruel Intentions sibling-rivarly because of Joe. That didn’t happen, not exactly, but it wasn’t that far either if you think about it. I legit thought Forty was gay and the character that he was gonna introduce as his partner was gonna be OG Will instead of Candace. And that he was gonna be interested in Will/Joe romantically... which, I mean, he kinda was, textually and subtextually. But Fincher, who did nothing wrong ever in his life (except for that time he didn’t answer the phone fast enough and then arrested Ellie), killed Forty, who did a lot of wrong but also figured shit out and then no one fucking believed him. 
Every single person murdered/killed deserved better (except for Henderson, duh! And like, I feel that Peach was a Joe-in-the-making, but she wasn’t there yet), and if anyone ever goes, “sure, but...” I will fucking report you to the police or something. There’s no but here. These are terrible people doing terrible things. It makes for terrific TV, but they are not and cannot be justified EVER.
While the first season felt less grey (like Joe says, LOL and EW), this one made a better job at selling that Joe was trying to be a good person. The first episode was not fooling anyone, but we were exposed to the mind of a man saying he’s trying to be better and positioning Candace as a threat to his progress for the whole season, while also seeing Candace lying and manipulating to make her way back into Joe’s fake new life. She’s the bad girl narratively speaking, which is fascinating because she obviously isn’t bad at all. Yet, all the beats are there, so I had to keep realigning my thoughts so that I was rooting for her to succeed, in spite of what the show was telling me. For example, it was impossible not to think that Candace should‘ve done things differently, gone to the cops, or expose Joe’s crimes using the media, or-or-or. We are so immersed in the world that Joe painted for us that if we aren’t careful, we might end up rooting for Joe and blaming Candace for her own death.
I think Penn or someone said, in one of the many interviews I’ve seen, that women are punished, men are forgiven. Ain’t that the awful truth? People go ahead and try to justify it, ~see it from Joe’s POV, or get angry at him only when he rejected his ~true equal and not when he goes around killing innocent people... This is exactly why the first season was so disturbing to me. I felt so much despair. This is all happening, men are this awful and people go out of their way to hide and/or justify all the bad. It’s a huge deal, and I’m hoping that, beyond the entertainment aspect of it, this show will make people talk about the right and real things that it is trying to showcase which are happening all around.

Stop trying to throw Vivziepop on top all the time under the guise of "supporting indie creators." You're not, you're just throwing Viv on top by saying "Dont compare her shows to other shows! Dont say that anyyything else is better and deserving of more love! Let the other shows not get the spotlight! Vivziepop's content is the top of the indie industry and all the other shows come secondairy! Compairing them is just making unfair comparrrrisons! Only let Vivziepop be on top!" or "Let Vivziepop be mean! We need more of her cartoon porn no matter how many people we got to harass and gaslight!" It's selfish, manipulative, and downright cruel.

As a lackadaisy fan who dropped helluva 5 episodes in, I think you’re overestimating the effect of the fandom has on things outside of itself because you are inmeshed in it. You don’t have the outside view. Don’t get me wrong, it sounds like a toxic shit show, but it doesn’t have a ���monopoly’. If all it took to gain a monopoly in entertainment was to have a horribly rabid fanbase that won’t take the smallest bit of criticism, the history of indie entertainment would be very different.

As a Helluva Boss fan who's seen how many views most indie projects have nowdays, plus what Vivziepop did here, especially since this wasnt just about the fanbase to begin with:

(Psst. Vivienne, these people got bills and families to pay for, so maybe dont try to push them away from other projects just because you like Hazbin Hotel? You can hire other people, you've done it millions of times before- let other projects thrive, and let them have different projects so they can be successful too! Far-Fetched barely has as any workers compared to you, so maybe stop being selfish and share the load so other projects can get all the help they can get? Especially when you rush out 5+ episodes a year and treat your staff like shit? So maybe... I think it's pretty safe to say that theres an obvious monopoly going on. Why else would these episodes be getting 20+ million at a time, for years, while other just as good projects get next to none in comparison. Honestly, look at how much views, how many trends the shows follow, how much mainstream appeal, how much merchandising fills the "shelves" of Sharkrobot, how many episodes were shilled out in 2021 alone, how much it dominates the indie industry, and try to tell me that Helluva Boss and Hazbin Hotel are " not a monopoly!" Shilling out multiple Helluva Boss episodes full of softcore porn and bright colors a year to keep Spindlehorse's shows on top of the trending tag on Youtube EVERY YEAR SINCE 2019! -and end being what millions end up being reccomended. Though many people dont know that HB exists, many others do, and it's almost constantly being mentioned with indie animation while equally beautiful looking, or much better written projects get only 50,000+ views. Even in spite of Exxes and Oohs situation:

While when I was watching the premiere of Exxes and Oohs with my freinds a couple of weeks ago after it premiered:
I noticed that it only had 1 million views in 5 hours, and then pretty much stayed that way throughout the entire week with only about 3 million for several days after Ep 1 had 4+ mil in only 15 hours.

While the premeire of Season Two passed 4+ million in LESS THEN TWENTY FOUR HOURS! -and the last episode is barely over it's despite being over 5 months apart. It's been a whole month, yet Seeing Star's views are still similar to when it was released and Exxes and Oohs is barely surpassing Seeing Stars despite a whole month having passed, while for Season One, in 5 months there would be 20+ million views and at times... more!

So it's really just people not caring to see the literal anniversary of the show since most were turned off by Helluva Boss or moved on because they grew out of all the stereotypes. It's got only about 0.8% of the views Hazbin's pilot has gotten despite the fact that people have been waiting for this show for THREE YEARS now and the fandom is bigger than ever. So even for that monopoly, it's slowly falling, and people barely cared about Hazbin's anniversary and release date reveal despite having waited for 3+ years.
So "Seeing Stars's" views has barely budged since release, Season Two's premiere has 20+ mil, but has also been that way since over three months ago, Exxes and Oohs only had 1 mil after even 5+ hours and onward, and Hazbin Hotel, a show with billions of fans, it's anniversary got only 3 mil- while the past season made OVER A YEAR AGO continues to receive views regularly. Meanwhile, Lackadaisy, had 6+ million in only TWO WEEKS while Exxes and Oohs barely got passed that in that time period (I remember it having maybe 5+ mil in about two weeks last time I checked, or even less that that.) and has been stagnant in views for 3+ weeks while Lackadaisy got over half of that in only 2+ weeks.
Which now makes it Helluva Boss's very first competitor.
While Murder Drones has Seeing Star's level of views after an ENTIRE YEAR so this is really saying something about the quality of Helluva Boss's latest episodes as Season One still skyrockets, the latest episodes stay stagnant even after 3+ weeks, and Helluva Boss now has a direct competitior due to this lowering in quality and just how many reviews are now criticizing it while Lackadaisy's reviews are majority positive with little to no hiccups in between.

Not joking, the first thing you get when you search "Seeing Stars Review" is thousands of negative reviews because of Vivienne, Adam, and Brandon Rodger's refusing to improve in their WRITING- you know... WHAT THEY WROTE ON A DOCUMENT?! The thing people have been CRITIQUEING?! Not "a personal, useless preference" but ACTUAL CRITICISM that they keep ignoring to look "near perfect" and to keep the monopoly going while other indie shows continue to get mediocure level views in comparison to Helluva Boss.

The views have been stagnant since near release. I remember seeing 17 million 3 weeks after it came out- and now it wont budge!
Yeah, im sure those statistics and thousands of people getting upset for actual reasons are "bad faith!" too. Adam- FUCK OFF! People aren't "bad faith" for telling you that using anti-black and fatphobic stereotypes in your show is awful! Also- you're show is now getting genuine competition so I suggest not being an egotistical jerk to your own fans and to actually listen to them for once before shit hits the fan and you have to further get hit by your own karma!

Lackadaisy has almost all positive reviews, is catching up with Helluva Boss's latest episodes, all the other episodes in Season Two are also still static in views and Season One continues to get thousands on a daily basis, and yet is still- and I mean- still, Barely scratching Daisy's success! In comparison to how you'd think these "still being rewatched a lot" last episodes would be doing since this is HB, the monopoly of indie animation, that we're talking about!
So i'd say that Helluva Boss Season Two has been getting it really rough for the past 8 months in comparison to the success Season One still has, and even then, the first episode still has 54+ mil and yet most of the episodes continued to decrease by the millions each release. So even in Season One, the signs that people were losing interest were already there. -and Ozzies and Truth Seekers have just now caught up with Season Two's first episode (You know... the one people got hyped as all hell by but then lost interest once the episode started getting slammed for how terrible it was?) despite being the ones that are praised often, while Season Two's premiere has barely budged for the past year- making this a receipe for MILLIONS of lost views in total, and this is a fandom that constantly says "I binge watch the episodes a ton!" and yet Season One has barely budged in one and a half years. Its been in 30+ mil I think since last year... it's April now. -and they're now all catching up to each other and are about the same views, which would mean that they're barely going up by the thousands for ENTIRE MONTHS and Season Two, is getting even less because of the negative reviews from not a "useless personal opinion" but OBJECTIVELY BAD WRITING!
Season Two stays stagnant in views even after 5+ weeks and onward since the difference in views is that small.

So though Helluva Boss is still on top, it's falling over, and now has competition to worry about after only two weeks.
-and even then, it's still on top, because of Vivienne manipulating both her audience and staff into meeting constant demands and giving it constant praise regardless of quality under the threat of being seen as a "bad person" for not doing so.
Helluva Boss having almost billions of dollars in merch, 40+ million views with many of their episodes, a majority celebrity cast with little to no indie actors, Vivziepop having basically tried to put down Far Fetch from having any actual success by trying to not get her team with a show of BILLIONS of views to not work on it just because Hazbin is her "favorite project!" when these people have BILLS TO PAY and a FAMILY that can't be held up just by one project- which is why people like Erin had to work extra jobs, overnight, despite this show getting millions of dollars each day, in the first place! Yet to Vivienne, what mattered the most was her project, and not their lives. Which is the reason why she overworks her staff, and according to people who worked there, aren't even actually allowed to work on other projects, including Far-Fetched, either. While Far Fetched has not nearly as many people working on it and everything we see there has with has 100,000+ or less while Helluva Boss continues to monopolize the industry. (in case you're asking: Yes, it was also her supervisor's fault, but she's a million dollar creator, can't she just hire someone else instead of getting in the way of other people's lives other a cartoon show? Most freelancers do multiple projects, how else are they going to pay the bills?)

But instead, Viv prioritized herself in the situation, fired all of her indie voice actors and replaced most of them with celebrities when she could have easily found other indie vcs but choose to use her status to get an actor from Grey's Anatomy and NORMAN REEDUS- and most likely will get more celeberties for Hazbin just because "famous = don't accociate with indie actors." appparently despite her main thing being "Support indie creators guys! :("
Vivziepop, again, pulling herself up while she's already been the top of the indie industry for the past 4+ years, while other projects continue to be pushed into the mud of a "cult classic" grave.

So in reality- Helluva Boss isnt "helping" the indie industry grow stronger, it's causing a monopoly which gets in the way of people's shows, their careers, their jobs, and even their mental health.
-and many people having little to no mentions of other projects outside of "Look at this pretty cool project I found- Ok, BACK TO HELLUVA BOSS AND HAZBIN HOTEL WOOOOAH LOOK THIS IS THE BEST INDIE SHOW EVAR!1!" is a literal monopoly in it's most capitalistic, trend serving, overproduced form.
Ashley even saw Vivienne trying to blacklist yet another staff member just because that staff member was upset about how much they were being rushed and overworked in order to meet even near the same demands, even with a few things being lifted since they have ADHD, they were still overworked, and for the rest of the staff it was even worse since they were overworked and bullied in order to meet the demands of said monopoly and stay in Spindlehorse.

Far Fetched got announced years ago- yet Vivziepop hasnt even mentioned it once as far as ive seen, she fired Ashley's partner and seeing how HB is, is likely going to replace him with an non-indie voice actor when apparently she could have easily kept them if she just paid a fee, when she has MILLIONS of dollars in support for her show now, lives in LA, and could easily use her platform to support THOUSANDS of indie projects. But as usual, she pulls herself up, bullies her own fandom by saying that they're "NOT A WRITER!" and "CANT UNDERSTAND WRITING!" for giving her any feedback and has basically manipulated her audience into seeing her and her shows as "NEAR PERFECT!" to continue said monopoly with HB's continous trending and high reviews regardless of quality. While other projects are only "secondairy". -and despite having worked on Hazbin Hotel, Far Fetched has gotten the average amount of acknowledgement for indie animation- Which, isnt much... at all.
Compared to that of mainstream shows, and especially Hazbin Hotel!
Yet as usual, Vivziepop manipulates her followers into contuining to put her on top regardless of her channel's ever reducing quality, and even views since it's lost millions since debut. With people constantly making excuses such as "ITS JUST BEEN UP LONGER!" and "ITS NOT LOSING VIEWS THE PANDEMIC HAS JUST ENDED AND PEOPLE ARE OFFLINE MORE NOW!"

Say that to how Lackadaisy has 6+ million in only two weeks despite being another show altogether, despite the show also having been produced in the pandemic since 2019.

It's been only two weeks yet it already has almost just as many views, and if this keeps up, will likely even have more than HB's latest episode while "EXXES AND OOHS!" has been only at 13+ since it was released. It barely has moved on inch in a entire month while Lackadaisy keeps going... and going... and going...
While Helluva Boss's latest episode has barely scratched the surface despite being just as new with only a month difference.
It's honestly messed up how Ashley was shafted after supporting Vivziepop and working for her after all this time. Same for all the other artists who worked for her. -and as Erin said:

I also checked to make sure, but.... yeah, she actually wanted to hit people for saying that Vivienne was overworking her own staff by rushing and also having to work full day jobs despite Helluva Boss continuisly ranking in millions of dollars. Which means that they were getting a small percentage of pay compared to what ends up being used for Vivziepop's "spectacle!" animation. So this isn't just acephobia, but also threatening genuine violence towards people for saying that they don't deserve to be mistreated. This is vile.

Hell, even without those guidelines- it's disgusting that Vivienne let her staff talk to people this way and then also mistreated Spindlehose for all these years too. NO ONE deserves to be treat this way for speaking out, especially if all they're doing is saying what happened to them in a studio that they worked in, and the fact that everyone demonizes Erin Frost for a few mistakes but then lets Vivziepop's "favorites" threaten to HIT SOMEONE is actually horrifying.

Honestly.
Helluva Boss isnt even "INDIE" anymore, it just fills up space in the indie community while clearly being a million dollar, mainstream show that has Norman Reedus and other celebrities in it to give the "We're indie so we can do what we want just because we're smaller than Disney!" excuse to be assholes to other people for even saying something as simple as "tone down the saturation a bit."
It's a monopoly. A monopoly built on years of breaking trust, threats, more bullying, betrayal, prioritizing in fame over indie creators, worker mistreatment, rushed projects, fanbase manipulation, and it's why I have so much faith in Lackadaisy. It gives me hope, it gives me hope that one day Vivienne will finally get told to "WAKE UP!" through all that's been happening. That the monopoly will end, that the indie industry will become more balanced again, that freelance artists will be treated better and receive more respect for their craft instead of just being used to meet corperate demands. That hope... is why, that though I like Hazbin Hotel and Helluva Boss, that I also wish for other creators to get the spotlight and that one day... maybe... just maybe... that a new franchise will take Helluva Boss's place.
So to answer your question:
Yes. By defintion Helluva Boss has become a monopoly. It's taking a large chunk of the indie animation industry, and the creators overworked their staff to meet high demands for it to get trending almost every year through high amounts of demand and episodes in 2021 alone. It's taken a large amount of control over the industry and it's come to a point where creators have to rely on supporting Vivziepop to even get a piece of what HB has. Honestly, how is that fair? How is it "fair" to overwork her staff and appeal to even the bottom of the barrels of trends to keep her show trending while most of the other indie shows on Youtube suffer for it?!
It's making the indie animation community almost as corperate as the very companies that caused these people to steer towards indie animation in the first place. Which is such a shame, because there's so many good projects out there- yet to be discovered by most people. -and yet HB gets the trending almost every time because it appeals to as many mainstream trends and porn accounts as possible through all it's fetish and ship bait content and mass amounts of merchandising, and from mass amounts I mean HUNDREDS OF PIECES OF MERCHANDISING every year, even after the show already has 40+ million dollars in it's budget so it's just capitalism and mainstream pandering at this point. The indie community went from going against corperations and capitalism to BECOMING corperate and capitalistic.
It makes me miss back when all we had mostly were just fun short films and play dough animations. It's like people in the indie community have forgotten why we even make all these animations in the first place.. Not just for money and sucess....
But for fun, to animate away from corperations... for fun.

My blood boiled when we sabotaged Jaylen! She's just playing her cards! That behaviour of MC was utterly immature and is incoherent if you're her friend in industry. Like,can PB understand that rivarly between women is very 2007 and finally work up their sorority between women? Jaylen deserves a little respect! I say it as both a woman and artist. This is unnaceptable. I hope they do with her an Ellen Thompson storyline. I really like her 😭
I have mixed thoughts. I have been playing hte rivalry on one device and the friendly route on the other. I hated that there was no choice, but... I actually kind of like how this rivalry done.
Because it is manufactured. It is the media and the record industry forcing these two women into a rivalry. Even when the women themselves try to stay above it, the powers that be are pushing them into it, selling the song to Jaylen, having her blindside the MC with it after a duet is a perfect example of that.
And as for Jaylen... I know she is playing the cards she is given, but she is also so fake and I think it is interesting for her to have to get a wake up call too, if she’s going to be called out on “stealing” the MC’s song and passing it off on her own and I hope we can talk it out with her, have an honest discussion with her about whether it is worth it.
Both MC and Jaylen are having to play parts, to do things they might not want to be and pretend to be someone they aren’t, all in the pursuit of fame and it could actually lead to an amazing story. The price of fame. Whether living your dream is worth sacrificing who you are.
So while the scene made me cringe, the more I think about it, the more I think this could lead to a really good storyline and I do think this rivalry is different than the others and has a chance to be done much better.

mentor-ship ! i’d love yama to have someone to look up to and who’s willing to help him out , not only in his hero skills , but with his confidence as well ! for better or for worse , he’s kind of a Coward ( well , he is one ) but he reacts when it counts but kind of like , only when the shit starts really hitting the fan , so it’d be cool to have a person that can pull out his bravery. and someone to also be like , hey , you’ve got people out there rooting for you !

rivarly --- ish ? i say ‘ ish ‘ because i don’t think he’d put himself out there enough to get a , say , enemy ( which i know is weird to say , but he can handle training with his classmates and such , but when it comes to actual competition and such , he clams up time and time again ) but i think it’d be fun for him to have someone who he would like to ... one up a bit? so to speak? and you know , we can get silly with this it doesn’t even have to be in hero work. it can be in anything , it’d just be fun ! hi-jinks !

The answer should be fairly obvious. Which match is going to be better and hotter and more intense? Which match is gonna have more heat and fire? Which match is the most likely to pull out all the stops? 
It’s Becky/Ronda/Charlotte. It’s just gotta be. It’s what they built. It’s what Charlotte and Becky deserve. It’s how you pull the best match out of Ronda bc you give her some time out of the match. Despite how much people usually view triple threats as less significant than one-on-one matches, this is a different situation.
The problem with a triple threat is usually that it’s just thrown together. Like two wrestlers are having a rivarly and they just put a third one in there. That devalues a match. In this triple threat, all women have storylines and absolutely hate each other. So, any time one of them is tossed from the ring, you have that face-off that’s getting the crowd hot. 
To me, this match is about endings. After this, we are done with Charlotte v Becky, Charlotte v Ronda, and Becky v Ronda. This is the final chapter. And Becky has gotta win. You have to look at this logically too. Who is getting this biggest rub from a win? Who is going to get the most from the win? 
It’s Becky. And she has to beat Ronda AND Charlotte. If you snuff out the Becky/Charlotte rivalry now, then you’re just missing out. Imagine the WM main event stage. The huge crowd. The huge stage. Everything is the biggest and feels the largest and looks the nicest. The last match of the night. What we’ve all been waiting for. The biggest match of the year. Ronda is tossed out of the ring. And Becky and Charlotte are standing face to face in the biggest match in the history of women’s wrestling.
